Rules & Guidelines

Read carefully before competing. By registering, you agree to abide by these rules. Violation may result in point deductions or disqualification.

Disqualification Warning — Any team found attacking infrastructure, sharing flags, or violating challenge scope will be immediately disqualified and banned from future events.

01 · General

01 — Team Size
Teams may have a maximum of 4 members . Solo participation is allowed. You may not be a member of more than one team.

02 — Eligibility
The competition is open to everyone regardless of skill level, nationality, or affiliation. Students, professionals, and hobbyists are all welcome.

03 — Registration
Each participant must register with a valid account. Sharing accounts or registering multiple accounts is not permitted.

04 — Flag Format
All flags follow the format sharn{...} unless explicitly stated otherwise in the challenge description.

02 · Conduct & Fair Play

01 — No Flag Sharing PROHIBITED
Do not share flags, solutions, or working exploits with other teams during the competition. Post-CTF writeups are encouraged once it ends.

02 — No Attacking Infrastructure PROHIBITED
Attacking the CTFd platform, scoreboard, or any infrastructure outside the designated challenge scope is strictly forbidden.

03 — No Brute Forcing PROHIBITED
Do not brute-force flag submissions. Automated scanners or flooding attacks against challenge boxes or the CTFd server are not allowed.

04 — No DoS / Disruption PROHIBITED
Do not intentionally disrupt other teams' access to challenges, including denial-of-service attacks against shared services.

05 — Respectful Behaviour
Treat all participants and organizers with respect. Harassment or toxic behavior will not be tolerated.

03 · Scoring

01 — Dynamic Scoring
Challenge point values decrease as more teams solve them. These decrease for all the teams who have solved the challenge too.

02 — Tiebreaker
In the event of a tie, the team that reached that score earlier is ranked higher. The timestamp of the last accepted submission is used.

03 — Scoreboard Freeze
The scoreboard will freeze before the competition ends. Scores continue to be recorded but rankings stay hidden until the final reveal.

04 — Organizer Discretion
Organizers reserve the right to adjust scores, disqualify teams, or modify rules at any time. All decisions are final.

04 · Support & Contact

01 — Challenge Issues
If a challenge appears broken or inaccessible, contact organizers immediately. Do not exploit the issue.

02 — Rule Clarifications
If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask before doing it. "I didn't know" is not a valid defence for a rule violation.
